Merchant Dashboard & Analytics
Your command center for orders, products, customers, and promotions—widgets you choose, synced across devices.
Merchant Dashboard & Analytics
The GrowUpsell merchant web app includes a customizable dashboard so you open your admin and immediately see how the business is doing. You decide which metrics and charts appear, arrange them like tiles on your screen, and keep different layouts for a large desktop and for phone or tablet.
What lives on the dashboard?
Widgets fall into logical groups aligned with how you already work:
- Orders — KPIs such as order count, value, cancellations, profit, plus charts like daily totals, category mix, rolling months, or the current calendar month.
- Products — Catalog and sales summaries, product sales charts, and stock alerts that spotlight SKUs below your chosen quantity threshold so you can restock early.
- Customers — Customer totals, growth, activity, monthly trends, and related metrics appropriate to your plan.
- Deals & discounts — Offers, promocodes, and deal KPIs where your subscription includes deals.
Which widgets appear in your “add widget” list depends on your plan and business type, so merchants only see what applies to them.
Two layouts: desktop vs mobile width
Layouts are keyed to screen width (768px breakpoint):
- Desktop (
≥ 768px wide) keeps a layout tuned for laptops and monitors. - Phone / tablet (
< 768px) keeps its own arrangement so grids don’t crush small screens.
Editing on one breakpoint does not overwrite the other until you intentionally configure both. Together they give one consistent workspace on desktop and something readable on mobile.
Save and sync
Configuration is tied to your merchant account and business:
- Opening the dashboard elsewhere loads what you saved.
- Changes are persisted when you use Save after Edit dashboard so you aren’t overwriting the server constantly while resizing tiles.
Managers and staff on the roadmap may receive a richer experience later; merchants get the full editor today.
How to treat the dashboard operationally
- Morning check-in — Set the built-in period (today, week, month, custom dates) across compatible widgets without rebuilding the layout.
- Low stock before campaigns — Add the stock alert widget to catch fragile SKUs at a glance.
- Growth reviews — Mix order and customer widgets for retention and pickup patterns over your chosen ranges.
The dashboard is intended to consolidate reporting, alerts, and layout preference into one configurable surface—not a substitute for drilling into orders or products detail pages when you need to act. Combine it with sidebar navigation you already use daily for depth and speed.
