Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to payments made by merchants to Growupsell, a product of Tenthspire Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), for subscription plans, add-ons, custom development, and other paid services offered through our platform. By subscribing to or purchasing any paid service on Growupsell, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Use.

This Policy governs the merchant-to-Growupsell relationship only. It does not govern refunds between a merchant and their end customers; each merchant is solely responsible for publishing and honouring their own store-level refund policy.


2. Subscription Fees

  • Growupsell subscription fees (monthly, annual, or other billing cycles) are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days, partial months, or remaining time in an annual plan, except where required by applicable law.
  • Downgrading a plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no refund is issued for the difference in plan price during the current cycle.

  • 3. Free Trials and Preview Subdomains

    Free trials and free preview subdomains are offered at no cost and do not result in any charge unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan. Since no payment is collected for free trials or free preview subdomains, no refund is applicable. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you may simply choose not to subscribe.


    4. Add-ons, Custom Development, and One-Time Services

  • Fees paid for one-time services — including custom theme development, custom feature development, data migration, onboarding, training, and similar professional services — are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a written scope of work is mutually cancelled before any work has started, we may, at our discretion, refund the amount paid after deducting any non-recoverable third-party costs and applicable taxes.
  • Add-ons purchased in addition to your subscription (such as additional storage, SMS or email credits, premium integrations, or priority support) are non-refundable once activated or consumed.

  • 5. Domain Registration and Third-Party Charges

    Charges for domain registration or renewal, SSL certificates, payment-gateway fees, SMS and email gateway credits, third-party apps, and any other third-party services purchased through Growupsell are governed by the terms of the respective providers and are strictly non-refundable once purchased, even if you cancel your Growupsell subscription.


    6. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

    We may consider a refund of subscription fees in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charge: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Failed service delivery: If we are unable to provide the subscribed service for an extended, continuous period due to reasons solely attributable to us (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party outages), we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
  • Mandatory legal refund: Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

  • 7. Non-Refundable Situations

    Without limiting the rest of this Policy, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You did not use, or chose not to use, the subscribed features.
  • You changed your mind after activating a plan or add-on.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, including the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products sections.
  • Downtime, delays, or losses caused by your network, hosting provider, payment gateway, courier partner, third-party app, or any factor outside our reasonable control.
  • Loss of business, profits, sales, or goodwill claimed as a consequence of using or not using the platform.

  • 8. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund under Section 6, please email info@growupsell.com from the email address associated with your Growupsell account within 7 (seven) days of the charge, including:

  • Your registered business name and account email.
  • The invoice or transaction ID for which a refund is requested.
  • A clear description of the reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence.
  • We will review each request in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.


    9. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
  • Payment-gateway fees, foreign-exchange charges, and applicable taxes already remitted to authorities may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.

  • 10. End-Customer Refunds on Merchant Stores

    Growupsell provides the technology platform, but each merchant independently sells their own products and services to their end customers. Refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations for orders placed on a merchant's store are handled directly by that merchant in accordance with the store's own published refund policy and applicable law. Growupsell is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for issuing such refunds.


    11. Chargebacks

    If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@growupsell.com so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending refund.


    12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of Growupsell after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
